Useless
The reason I did not like it is that its way too soft and does not have enough firmness to hold the shape and spread the oil on any surface, its just too limp - what can a woman do with that?! ))) Please pass it to your relevant team - we urgently need a firmer brush to do the job properly.
Not for me
Despite its fairly hefty price, I bought this brush as a result of the high review rating. Sorry to be at odds with other reviewers, but I found this brush pretty useless! I have been baking for over 50 years, so have been through a few pastry brushes in my time. I found the bristles on this brush to be too long and too soft. As a result, to get milk or beaten egg to adhere to the pies, sausage rolls or whatever, required fairly significant brushing, which meant that, given the length of the bristles, when you got to the edge of the pie or whatever, the said glaze sprayed all over the place! May be it was mis-operation on my part - but this item is not for me. Will be parking this one at the back of the drawer and buying an alternative. On the upside, the fact that it is dishwasher safe is a bonus.
Vegetarian friendly
Does its job no animal bristles
Easy to use
I have never been much of a pastry cook but covid gave me time to practice I love this brush - I dithered as it seems a bit expensive but worth every penny. Feels good to use, great results and easy to clean in dishwasher
Good.
Sent to review. Works well, easy to clean, good quality. Biased towards right-handed users though, because of the angled bristles, but still usable
Brilliant!
Ive had this pastry brush for almost a year now. It works wonderfully. It doesnt fall apart like traditional pastry brushes yet it still does the same job. Well worth the price.
