Best water
Been using these for more than three years now. Have found the quality of the many (50 plus) replacement filters to be of consistently excellent quality. No issues. Filtered water is perfect. Won't be changing.
Made me feel sick
I don't know if I had a bad filter but I was actually dizzy sick and I'll after 2 days. When I stopped drinking I felt immediately better. Ocado please find an alternative jug and filter that removes flouride
great filter poor quality
I use a ZW Jug to remove all the calcium from water (along with other heavy metals) to ensure my coffee machine does not scale up. I understand that the filters will cost more than a Brita filter as it filters more but the quality control of these xpensive filters is poor, some stop working within a few days despite little use. The Jugs are also made of poor quality plastic. I shall persevere as it's a great filter system but improve the quality Zerowater!
Do not buy
The filter systems works well - probably too well as it removes all the salts and minerals from the water - the good ones too! However cartridges do not last long enough and the water turns fishy and un-drinkable after a couple of weeks of the cartridge change, in particular if your tap water is hard water
