How to make gyoza dipping sauce
Mix 1 tsp soy sauce and 1 tsp rice vinegar and an optional splash of chilli oil or toasted sesame oil. Adjust according to your preference. Alternatively, try dipping in Yutaka Yuzu Ponzu.
Instructions
2 Sizzle until the bottom of the gyoza is slightly browned. (1 - 2 minutes)
3 While the pan is hot, add 1/2 cup of boiling water. (Be careful of oil splashes!)
4 Cover the pan and cook for a further 4-5 minutes on a low light.
5 When most of the water has evaporated, gently remove the gyoza and serve immediately with gyoza dipping sauce.

not for me
It left too much of a lingering aftertaste of onion
Good, but...
not as good as Itsu. Maybe the wrappers are thicker or the filling not as tasty, but they're not quite up to the standard of itsu ones. Still good tho.
Restaurant quality
So quick and easy. We love these and always have some in the freezer.
Tasty and quick
I have no idea what authentic gyoza taste like but these are lovely! So quick to cook, and providing that lovely ‘stodgy’ quality - that sounds like a criticism but isn’t! They are very more-ish. So quick to cook in a few minutes. I think the pack instructions on the back about making the dipping sauce must be wrong though, as it says one ‘tsp’ each of soy sauce and rice vinegar - clearly that would hardly be enough for one gyoza so I think they must have meant ‘tbsp’, as that provides enough dipping sauce for the whole pack.
very tasty
These are lovely gyoza easy to make and very tasty. My only comment is that they dont come with dip included like another frozen gyoza brand, but that is just soy sauce and rice vinegar anyway.
YUM!
