Already regarded as sacred in India over 5,000 years ago, the turmeric root glows a powerful golden yellow. Combined with delicious chai spices such as sweet cinnamon and cardamom, turmeric exudes all of its perfection in this tea. Drink it to experience exotic warmth and wonderful moments. It is especially delicious when enjoyed slightly sweetened and with milk or a (vegan) alternative. To let the turmeric reveal its full potential, we recommend preparing this tea as a "Golden Milk”: simply place the tea bag in milk and bring this to the boil (100°C) before letting it steep for at least 5 minutes, thereby allowing the milk to cool to a safe drinking temperature. Then enjoy!
Those who live mindfully discover something great in small things. We believe that living in balance can do a lot of good for everyone - and that there is an incredible amount of inspiration for it in a cup of tea!
With our teas, the yogic wisdom on each tea tag and a yoga exercise on each pack, we want to provide inspiration to you each day and contribute to a more peaceful and healthy world full of mindfulness and happiness.

Brand
Ayurveda, the ancient system of conscious and healthy living, originated in India more than 5,000 years ago. First introduced to the West in the late 1960's, it is often referred to as the science of life (Ayur = life; Veda = science or knowledge). In 1969, Yogi Bhajan, Master of Kundalini Yoga and inspirational teacher of Ayurveda and holistic living, started teaching yoga in the West. He shared with his students his wisdom and knowledge of healthy living and the enjoyment of selected herbs and spices, all while serving a soothing and aromatic spiced tea which they affectionately named 'Yogi Tea'. Today, that same inspiration can still be found in each and every cup of Yogi Tea®
People are holistic beings made up of body, mind and soul. To thrive, we must be conscious of diet and exercise to support our bodies, and we also must nourish our mind and soul with inspiration. Yogi Tea® offers inspiration in every cup of tea. With wisdoms on each tea tag and inspiring yoga poses on each carton, we invite you to bring balance to your soul while delighting your senses with an intriguingly delicious cup of Yogi Tea®.
Serve your spirit.

The best
Yogi teas are the best .. taste good…quality and an enlightening message with each bag
a hug in a mug
This is great served with a dash of coconut milk and a sprinkle of mixed spices over the top. I tend to leave the tea bag in while drinking. Its like drinking a hug in a mug
theres reason the reviews are so good
Because it is oh so tasty. Perfect blend and balance of chai spices and really delicious with vanilla milk (Alpro) which is how I have it. Absolutely delicious
Sweet bliss
Warming, cosy and tastes oh so good. Perfect for November's endless rainy days. Just the right amount of spice and lovely with a splash of vanilla oat milk.
take the time
Really enjoyable brew with a good flavour- doesnt just feel like hot water like other brands. Take the time to read and reflect on the note written on the label.
Had to stop due to grit
We all know how beneficial turmeric is reputed to be for wellbeing, with that in mind I purchased this. I enjoyed it and began brewing a couple of teabags a day, however before long I noticed that the grit from the teabags was collecting in my trachea, I dont know how it wasnt being swept away with the liquid. I felt it was causing a sore throat and then it affected my voice. I stopped, it recovered, I began again, same issue! I have changed to Viridian without experiencing any problem. Would be interested to know if anybody else felt this.
