Our story
Ayurveda, the ancient system of conscious and healthy living, originated in India more than 5,000 years ago. First introduced to the West in the late 1960's, it is often referred to as the science of life (Ayur = life; Veda = science or knowledge). In 1969, Yogi Bhajan, Master of Kundalini Yoga and inspirational teacher of Ayurveda and holistic living, started teaching yoga in the West. He shared with his students his wisdom and knowledge of healthy living and the use of selected herbs and spices, all while serving a soothing and aromatic spiced tea which they affectionately named 'Yogi Tea'. Today, that same inspiration can still be found in each and every cup of Yogi Tea®.
People are holistic beings made up of body, mind and soul. To thrive, we must be conscious of diet and exercise to support our bodies, and we also must nourish our mind and soul with inspiration. Yogi Tea® offers inspiration in every cup of tea. With wisdoms on each tea tag and inspiring yoga poses on each carton, we invite you to bring balance to your body, mind and soul while delighting your senses with an intriguingly delicious cup of Yogi Tea®
Serve your spirit.
'I am not interested, where and what you have learned, I want to know, what holds you inside, when everything else is falling apart.'

Tastes great
Add some honey and lemon too. Makes a fab tea especially when getting poorly.

Tasteless
I don't understand the positive reviews. Tasted like dirty dish water to me, despite lengthy steeping. Won't be buying again

Excellent
Lovely flavour

Full of flavour
Some fruit/herbal teas can be lacking on flavour but this tea has a lovely full warming flavour. It’s not the cheapest but I buy it for the flavour (& ingredients)

surprisingly nice
Always bit cautious about herbal teas but this one is really nice, fruity, not overly sweet, mixed flavour, not tart as box states. Hope it does me some good. Pleasant and very refreshing, I shall buy again.
