tasty
I like this and the convenience of the jam pot.My only gripe is the packaging ..i found the jam pot very difficult to open as the top doesnt come off easily or in one piece and not sure the cardboard insert is necessary.Bit pricey but ok for convenience.
Not worth it
Small portion you're better off buying jam and big bag of oats!
bland and too much packaging
So much packaging!! There is plastic wrap around the lid, a big cardboard insert inside that I dont even know what purpose it served and then a plastic pot of nasty jam inside. I bought vegan porridge because I need to cut back on dairy, but a lot of vegans do it for environmental reasons and the amount of unnecessary packaging here would put me right off! They could ditch the plastic wrap and the cardboard insert and replace the plastic pot of jam with loose freeze dried fruit and it would be better for the environment, tastier, and generally less of a faff to prepare! I definitely wouldnt have paid full price for these, it was very bland. I buy the pots because I only have access to a boiling water at work, but Ocado sell powdered coconut milk so Im going to try taking oats and powdered coconut milk and cacao nibs in a Tupperware and adding hot water for my own dairy free instant porridge.. works out cheaper and will hopefully taste like the M&S Cacao and Coconut Porridge pots!
The best dairy alternative porridge around
have tried lots of different non-dairy porridge pots. Many vary from bland to downright unpleasant. This one is delicious and bar far the best - I happily pay full price for this rather than cheaper ones
Tastes like cardboard
The packaging really bigs this up. But it actually just tastes of cardboard. the strawberry jam didn't do much to change this. Cannot recommend.
Convenient and dairy free
If you are not a hurry this is great. Love that it is dairy free. Not very creamy but nice flavour.
