Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Wrap mackerel in foil, being careful not to overlap fillets. Place on a baking tray in centre of oven.
Do not reheat once cooled.

just did enter -so simply ..little taste.. cats wouldnt eat it -they usually enjoy mackeral -gave to foxes.

I'm sure you will find a few bones from time to time, However, these are soft, beautiful fillets that are low in salt and high in subtle mackerel flavour. The best available, in our opinion.
