Instructions
Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Medium heat 10-12 mins
Remove all packaging. Heat 1 tablespoon (15ml) of oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Place salmon skin side down and fry gently. Turn halfway through cooking time. Do not reheat once cooled.
Preparation and Usage
Preparation: Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw fish. Size and thickness of fish may vary, cook times are given as guidance.

lovely salmon if eaten on date of delivery
This salmon is good quality but on on the date on the packaging it was off , I would not recommend buying on flash sales, the date is too short

Beautiful wild salmon
This is delicious wild salmon. Has a distinct flavour compared to farmer salmon and a beautiful bright colour. It needs less time to cook so be careful not to overlook as it will dry out - I cook for about 10-15 mins less than farmed salmon fillets.

Quality gone down massively. Six packets off!!!!
I have been buying this product for over 10 years. However I handed the most recent order back to the driver immediately as there was an unusual brown liquid in every packet. I asked for the packers to be investigated but after a painful 50 minute call to the callcentre and multiple emails the staff aren’t even understanding what the issue is, let alone going so far as joining the dots in order to get the packets inspected -I left them unopened - Call centre inc managers are totally inept. Since viewed this product in a shop and same quality control issue remains. Disappointing.
