The Vet's Kitchen Story
"In my Vet's Klinic surgery I see the impact that diet can make on pets and with this in mind I developed the Vet's Kitchen range of foods to offer the best in nutritional care. I use my veterinary knowledge and experience to create the recipes and ensure that each product delivers real health benefits.
Vet's Kitchen products are all made in the UK and it's important to me that the ingredients are sourced as ethically and sustainably as possible. And of course they are only tested on very willing volunteers (such as my dog Jack!)"

Moved to Senior food from \x22regular\x22
My dog is now 8, she's fit, healthy and happy. I've been feeding her Vet's Kitchen Chicken and Rice for the last 3 years but as she's now 8 I thought it best to reduce the protein and up the oils for her joints. We had a smooth transition to the Senior Salmon and Brown Rice (slightly bigger poos as less protein but still firm and tidy : )) and and I supplement it with some tinned sardines in oil and the usual fresh veg/fruit treats she always has. I appreciate being able to speak to/email the companies animal nutritionist and the fact that the food has been created by vets.
if your dog loves fish
Our cavalier adores this food and he is a big fish eater! I was looking for a fish flavoured dog food for a long time - thank you vets kitchen- happy doggy
Brilliant
My young dog had suffered from colitis for 2 years and I suffered the consequences! Then I found this product. It began to ease his condition immediately and now, a year on,his digestive system is so healthy he can tolerate treats and suffer no upset stomach. His mood and general condition all so much better. I cannot recommend this enough for a dog with a sensitive stomach. Both of my dogs love it.
not good for my dog
My dog didn't like this food at all!!!! He has ended up loosing a lot of weight, taken him to the vet, had blood tests and there's nothing wrong with him, but now he is not eating any type of dog food, I have to cook chicken and rice and veg for him...he is putting the weight back on, so that's good!I wish I could have my money back!!!!
Great quality dog food.
After trying different types of dog foods over the years, we stumbled across this brand and have noticed a real difference in our dog's coat and general well being since using it. Less itching and eczema when she sheds her coat... and she doesn't seem to get bored of eating it either.
