best vegan cream Ive had
This is the best vegan cream Ive tasted. Doesnt work great for making dauphinois but good for adding to soups etc
Not much taste
Didnt like the thick gloopy texture
makes a great creamy pasta
Perfect for making a creamy pasta dish. Texture is quite gelatinous, but I prefer that to the liquidy texture of alpro soy cream.
Incredible Carbonara
I followed VeganVixen's recipe for Carbonara, including 'this isn't' bacon, black salt, and liquid smoke, but I fried up the mushrooms with 2 cloves of garlic instead of using garlic granules. It turned out 'incredible', my newly vegetarian husband gave it 10 out of 10! So thank you, VeganVixen :)
I usually love Valsoia
It tastes like rancid oil, tried it in a couple of recipes. Absolutely gross
Perfect pasta sauce!
I loved this sauce, I’ve tried a few gluten and dairy free and this stands out. I cooked off some garlic, mushrooms and organic bacon lardons. Then salt and pepper, add the cream followed by pasta. Perfect!!!
