Instructions
If you're using a cafetiere, let the kettle come off the boil, then wet the grounds evenly with a little water before topping up. Give it 4 minutes, then plunge.
Enjoy. If it's too strong for your liking, just add a little more hot water to your cup after brewing.
Make sure your coffee maker is clean as coffee oil build-up will taste stale.

Brand
San Francisco, the 90s. The rumblings of a café culture revolution. The smell of freshly roasted coffee lingered in the air.
That aroma. It woke up an ambition in us - to bring good coffee to the world.
Fast forward to East London, today. We work with smallholder farmers around the world to source high quality coffees, then roast each batch in our vintage Probat to develop their distinctive flavours. We're now proud roasters for Britain's finest restaurants, cafés - and coffee gourmets like you.
Welcome to our union. Enjoy your brew.

Wonderful when fresh
Bright acidic but smooth coffee. Good with or without milk and as espresso or filter coffee. Roast date is on the pack. Today's delivery was roasted just 3 weeks ago.
Weak flavour
I can't claim to be a coffee expert but I like to try different beans and have always enjoyed coffee from this region. Maybe I'm missing the subtleties here but I find the coffee from these beans to have a weak flavour and generally be a bit bland... and now I've got most of 2 kilos to get through... oops
A bit bitter, but fantastic with sugar
This coffee has a bitter/sour tang to it, unlike other whole bean coffees I've tried recently. The description says "irresistible sweet citrus taste". I'm getting the citrus, not the sweet! Adding half a spoon of sugar balances it out and makes a lovely, smooth, complex cup.
Very smooth but good depth of flavour
I am really enjoying this huge bag of beans. Usually buy the ground Organic Natural Spirit and this compares very well - a bit smoother
