Instructions
If you're using a cafetiere, let the kettle come off the boil, then wet the grounds evenly with a little water before topping up. Give it 4 minutes, then plunge.
Enjoy. If it's too strong for your liking, just add a little more hot water to your cup after brewing.
Make sure your coffee maker is clean as coffee oil build-up will taste stale.

Brand
San Francisco, the 90s. The rumblings of a café culture revolution. The smell of freshly roasted coffee lingered in the air.
That aroma. It woke up an ambition in us - to bring good coffee to the world.
Fast forward to East London, today. We work with smallholder farmers around the world to source high quality coffees, then roast each batch in our vintage Probat to develop their distinctive flavours. We're now proud roasters for Britain's finest restaurants, cafés - and coffee gourmets like you.
Welcome to our union. Enjoy your brew.

Bad Coffee
This coffee is not good. And I know I bought it prices, still £13, in the flash sales but it has I short self life. Wont be buying again
Lovely coffee, why is it in the low plastic aisle
Been buying this coffee for ages and love it but am now trying to minimise the amount plastic-wrapped purchases I make. This is listed in the plastic free aisle but the packaging is clearly made from plastic and not paper. Even the Union website says their packaging is plastic.
best Colombian coffee ever!
We love these beans, bought when our regular brand was out of stock but there is no going back. Delicious taste and everybody I make a cup for agreed!
No taste.
I love Columbian beans but not these, they have no taste whatsoever, maybe a hint of sourness. I imagine they must be from Columbia in Canada, not Latin America. I filled my machine but have now thrown the other three quarters of the bag away.
really bland
love union but not this blend!
