Microwave - From Ambient. Squeeze pouch before heating. Tear top corner of pouch open to 2cm. 800W - Heat upright in a microwave on full power for 40 seconds. Tear open, tip out, check temp and fluff with a fork before serving. Alternatively, warm a small non-stick pan over a low heat. Add rice and 2 tsps of water. Warm through for 3-4 minutes on a medium heat, continuously stirring. Check temp before serving.
Microwaves vary. Adjust cooking time accordingly.
Take care when handling heated pouch.

Handy kitchen cupboard standby
I always keep a few of these at home as they are so quick and easy to cook for my toddler. Really handy when travelling as they are pouches that can be microwaved in 40 seconds.

Disappointed
I bought this in the strength of the reviews as an emergency store cupboard backup. I used it today alongside some beans and fish (that both kids happily eat) and they did not like this at all and neither of them are very fussy eaters.
