Gently massage a small amount of cream onto the neck and shoulder area. Apply once or twice daily.
For adults and adolescents over 12 years old.

Can't feel any effect
Bought this for my bad shoulder. It feels cooling going on but then I can't feel anything. I use Tiger Balm White for headache, so I'm disappointed.
Impressed
Impressed with this, easy to rub in and it does the job. Have used the red & white versions previously but this is my favourite. I always make sure we have one in stock.
Works
Have used tiger balm for years it’s one of the few things that really does work.Thought I would try this it is a cream and not a jell like the original.lt worked and it’s a lot easier to apply.I will be buying again.

Easy to Use and WORKS !
I have used tiger balm ointment for 40 years and this is an excellent product. I tried as soon as delivered and it definitely helped my sore shoulder. I love the fact that it is so easy to apply, not greasy and absorbed very quickly no worry about staining clothes. Will definitely buy again
good product
Not as strong and effective as the red version of Tiger balm but still a good and helpful product. I'd prefer if the rub was sold in a glass pot like the other balms rather than in a plastic tube.
