Preparation and Usage
Preparation: Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw meat. Remove all packaging and allow to breathe for 10 minutes.
Pan Fry
Rare 8-12 mins each side
Medium 12 - 16 mins each side
Well Done 16 - 20 mins each side
Remove all packaging and allow to breathe for 10 minutes. Heat 1tsp of oil in a frying pan. Place steaks into the pan, turning halfway through cooking time. Ensure the surface of the meat is thoroughly cooked. Due to the natural variability in the thickness of the meat, the cooking instructions provided are a base guide. For thicker steaks, additional cooking time may be required. Once cooked, cover with foil and leave to rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Nice meat, but...
... only got one steak. While it was the appropriate weight, I really think it should mention in the listing if they don't always come in pairs. The one steak we did get also seemed about right for one person, so I suspect the same weight across two steaks would have been too small anyway. Wouldn't bother ordering again for the price.

Amazing!
Best steak we have tried on Ocado. No fat on it and it cooked beautifully, really soft and tender and tasted delicious. Will definitely be buying again.

Juicy and delicious steak
I normally buy rib eye but I thought I would try these medallions as they are less fat. They were delicious and tender.

Never had sirloin medallions, so gave them a try and very impressed! Sort of like a cross between a normal sirloin and a fillet steak, very tasty!
