We use quality whole leaf only, not the dust found in regular tea bags; whole leaf is best. A tea worthy of worship belongs in our biodegradable "tea temple" - our spacious, transparent mesh bag allowing maximum room for perfect infusion.
We only use big whole leaves. No dust. Big leaves = Big flavour, simple.
100% natural. No artificial flavourings.
Our tea “temples” are plastic-free and nice and roomy.

Awful and acidic
Just because its packed in recycled cardboard (guess) and the bags are filled with something to make it look like natural tea - doesnt mean it is. Cant explain what the taste is but it is definitely too acidic. Went straight in the trash
liquorice root
Yuk its not ginger its that over powering liquorice root. Yuck.
nice but not as expected
Not very gingery but dominated by the sweet flavour. Nice but not as expected
Disgusting
If you like saccharine this is for you. Tasted just like hot saccharine that had had ginger wafted in front of it
cinnamon tea not ginger
Please dont describe it as ginger tea if you are going to add 25% cinnamon. Cinnamon overpowers everything. I wanted a ginger tea. Disappointed
Review response
Supplier's response - Thank you for your feedback. Our sweet ginger blend contains twice as much ginger as cinnamon, so we are sorry to hear that you found the cinnamon overpowering. Perhaps try brewing your tea for slightly less time so the cinnamon doesn't come through as strong. We also do a lovely lemon and ginger blend, and we find the ginger in this blend is pretty punchy the longer you leave the tea to brew!
nothing but artificial flavour
no ginger, no spicy, no taste, nothing but some terrible artificial sweetener.
Review response
Supplier's response - Thanks for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your tea. We recommend brewing your tea for 3-5 minutes to bring out the full flavours, so perhaps this was the issue. Our tea only contains whole herbs, berries and spices - not an artificial sweetener in sight! We use liquorice root as a natural sweetener in this blend. We have a wide range of tea on Ocado. so you will be sure to find another blend you enjoy!
