A bit stodgy but quite nice
These aren't too bad, I pop them in the toaster and it warms them up perfectly. The coconut isn't overwhelming, possibly because my curry was hot though. They freeze well, just take them out 20 mins before you want to eat them and pop them into a toaster.
OK but ..
I get that these are not particularly authentic but they have a pleasant taste and go well with curry. The problem that I have is how on earth are you supposed to be able to work out how to heat them up, given that the instructions on the packet are printed in white on a pale orange background? Ridiculous - who decided that?
Eww
Tastes nothing like a peshwari naan. Just a horrid synthetic flavour. Would avoid.
one a penny, two a penny...
not great. chewy, dense - the opposite of what a good naan should be. I couldn't taste the coconut really, and with the raisins it tasted more like a hot cross bun. The M and S ones are much much better, but unfortunately they don't do a Peshwari one.
Best avoided
Really awful hot cross bun taste does not taste like anything Ive ever ordered from a restaurant. Packaging should be recyclable.
horrible
Bland apart from the abundance of raisins. No coconut taste to speak of.
