Preparation and Usage
Adults over 15 years: two 5ml teaspoons daily.
Children over 11 years: one 5ml teaspoon daily. Can be taken on its own or mixed with milk or fruit juice. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

Couldn’t stomach this
I managed 2 days but it had me retching. Gone back to the tablets. 100% better than the taste of this…!
grandma's magic potion
I started taking this after a severe accident that left me with broken bones. due to intestinal issues I can't take pills so thought would try this. then remembered by grandma used to have this everyday and she was doing yoga into her 90s...I actually really like the taste. it taste like oily fried seabass. I have it on salads and on toast rather than a spoonful at a time. I can't claim to say it's transformed my brain and joints etc but I have definitely noticed an improvement in cognitive functions Nd don't crave oily fish so much anymore. I'm trying lots of new foods at the moment so to pinpoint my recovery based on this oil is not really fair but without I don't believe I would have progressed at the same rate. the DHA levels are higher than in pill form I believe. anyway give it a try if you can afford it.
Excellent product
I purchase this regularly and I do not find the taste unpleasant at all. However, be careful when buying together with other offers on the same promotion, as if you buy, for instance, 3 of these and also 3 of something else on offer for 3 for the price of 2, you will only get the cheapest item out of the 6. I feel that this product does exactly “what it says on the tin”
Awful Tasting But Works Wonders
Tastes disgusting so I take spoonful of honey first, hold the honey in my mouth, then two teaspoons of cod liver oil, then swallow the honey. That way I barely taste the oil. Had creaking, painful knees that ached going up and down stairs but I started taking this and after a few days, the pain went. Now I take it daily. Have tried the capsules but they don't work as well as the oil. Recommended if you can stomach the taste.
EXTRA HIGH STRENGTH COD LIVER OIL -WONDERFUL OIL
I drink a capful daily- as my joints are creaking and sometimes very painful. I don't mind the taste so much now- when I first started to use it , I would swallow it down vey quickly and follow it with a glass of fruit juice- its easier to take that way- just as long as you swallow the oil as quickly as possible the taste of the oil doesn't last. Now I don't use the fruit juice - I just make sure I swallow it down very quickly, even then, I don't mind the after taste which lasts for a second or two. The help it has given me is great- my joints don't seem to hurt as much and it's good for your eyesight, hair, muscles ,heart, brain teeth- and joints !- I think it is a great reason to take the oil to make yourself healthier- it also makes your hair shiny I would recommend it to any one- young or old -a little bit of after taste from the oil shouldn't bother you if you take it down quickly and the health benefits are enormous
Might be good but tastes awful
Not for everyone beware. I got this for arthritis and I know it is a very good product, but I'm unable to take it as the taste is so overpowering it makes me throw up. I tried mixing it with orange juice and honey, but still awful. I had to give it away and get the capsules instead.
