very nice
lovely balanced spice mix. better sprinkled on cooked food as it seemed to burn when put on my wedges that I then cooked. best used as a condiment like salt and pepper.
THIS IS NOT BUFFALO SEASONING
Let's get this straight, this is not buffalo seasoning, period. Here is the original recipe created by Ms. Teresa Bellissimo, owner of the Anchor Bar and Restaurant, in Buffalo, NY. It is taken from Totally Hot! The Ultimate Hot Pepper Cookbook. 4 to 5 Lbs Chicken wings Freshly ground black pepper Salt (if desired) 4 C Vegetable Oil 4 Tbs butter or margarine (1/2 stick) 5 Tbs Louisiana-brand hot sauce or Tabasco sauce 1 Tbs white wine vinegar There is no onion and the main spice is chilli
wonderful flavour
Its a product I use a lot. Love it
Really tasty
I’m a big fan of this. Stirred in to mayo it makes a great dip with sweetness, spice and tang and is great sprinkled on chips, meat, fish, anything really!
