Great for toasted sandwiches
Hold they shape well and good with sweet or savoury. They don't keep well in the bread bin after opening, so I keep them in the fridge and they last longer.
makes great garlic bread
These are some of the best gluten free rolls that I've found. Great little sandwiches or to make into garlic bread.
Best bread ever
Best bread ever hold sandwich well
They frequently get mouldy
Schar has a problem. Some of their breads, and particularly this one, get sometimes mouldy soon after opening the package, in a day or two. And sometimes even before opening them and way before their "best before" date. It's a bit of a lottery whether each package will last or not :/
Dry and tasteless.
I got these as a substitution. All they have in common with ciabatta is the shape. I tried one, froze the rest and might try them with garlic butter. It might at least give them some taste. I am glad I don't have to eat gluten free if this is an example of what's available.
horrid
We had these substituted as my usual ciabatta rolls were not available . They were disgusting , smelt horrible and tasted disgusting . I was sent two packets so £4 down the drain as the only place suitable for these is the bin . Yuk Gluten free means taste free texture free .
