Santa Teresa Rum 1796 is aged up to 35 years in bourbon oak barrels. It has a fruity aroma with notes of wood and a taste of vanilla, cinnamon, dark chocolate, hints of honey and peppery finish.

Santa Teresa 1796 delivers a fruity aroma, with notes of honey and dark chocolate. The flavour is mellow, yet complex. This rum offers tobacco and leather notes, toasted and smoky, and a well-rounded balance that can only be achieved through the Solera rum-making method. Santa Teresa 1796 Rum is full-bodied while remaining delicate, elegant and velvety. The finish evokes attributes borrowed from the oaks in which it aged.

Super Smooth

We went with a traditional rum and cola approach. Very smooth from the first sip. No burn or afterbite. Would probably also be great as a dark and stormy. Need to order another bottle first!

What a discovery!

I had this in a bar recently at the recommendation from the bar-tender and it is truly delicious. Now bought a couple of bottles to savour at home.

Tastes like a smooth Malt whisky

I first tried this in a bar on the recommendation of the bartender- wow! This is so good to sip and savour- the only problem is that the bottle doesnt seem to last very long...
