Formally Sanicat Clumping Corn - Sanicat Recycled is a recycled, natural, biodegradable, and compostable clumping litter. It comes from the recovery of non-food derivatives from the corn farming industry.
It creates clumps for easy cleaning and naturally neutralises unpleasant odours, allowing the litter to remain clean for a longer time.
It doesn’t produce dust and its fine-grained texture make it soft to the touch for sensitive paws. It is also free from added dyes, perfumes, or harmful ingredients and its natural origin is 100% preserved.

Preparation and Usage
Using this cat litter:
1. Fill up the tray with a 4-5cm layer of litter.
2. Remove clumps and faeces regularly.
3. Fill up with fresh product to keep the content level and to avoid clumps sticking to the bottom.
4. Completely replace the product once it has been used up and has lost its hygienic properties.
5. Discard in the rubbish bin in accordance with local regulations.
6. Wash the tray with warm water and soap.
When transitioning your cat to a new litter it is best to do so progressively by mixing the new litter with your cats current one. For the first week fill your cats litter tray using 20% new litter, week 2 split 50/50 between new and old, week 3 use 80% new and by week 4 you will be able to move to 100% new having ensured a seamless transition for your cat.

Not so good since new formula
Although this litter tracks a bit I was happy with it. However since the packaging changed, and the contents it is not so good. It doesn't last as long due to it smelling of wee and doesn't clump as well, Clumps go flat and fall apart. I am going to look for something else, which is a shame because far too many litters are clay which is unhealthy for the cat, or perfumed which is also bad for the cat, but also me.
Good idea+price,,adequate but not good clumping,
I wanted to love this eco-product, but it just doesn't compare to their other clumping products, which are excellent (but pricey). 1st problem is that the clumps aren't obvious to find, because there's little contrast in colour between the wet and dry litter. 2nd problem is that the clumping is not compact and very wet, so doesn't lift away cleanly. 3rd problem is that the litter doesn't have any natural or added deodorising properties, so you have to remove the soiledl litter a.s.a.p. to avoid pongs. 4th problem is that as the litter stays quite damp, it tends to stick to paws so it gets tracked a little, although no more than any other litter. It is pretty cheap though, and planet-friendly.
Greasy & Clumpy
I bought this because our usual cat litter - Catolit - is no longer stocked by Ocado. What a waste of money. Its greasy & sticks to the litter tray & doesnt disguise odours. Im using three times as many wet wipes to remove it from the trays. I shant be buying again.
I loved it, my cat wouldn\x27t use it
I was hoping to convert my cat from heavy clumping gravel that's hard to dispose of to this lighter weight option. She just wouldn't take to it, even mixed in with her preferred litter. Not holding that against the product, though. Her one, grudging little test wee clumped well and was easy to scoop, and unlike some other vegetable litters, the room didn't reek of decayed plants
not very absorbant\/clumpy
Didn't do great at its main job.
good stuff
This product is the best. Absorbs well with adequate clumping. Keeps smells away very well. House Cat had no problems adjusting to it. I like that it is a recycled product and much lighter than clay etc. Please keep selling this.
