Good all rounder
I have a healthy organic vegan diet, but I am aware that certain minerals such as zinc, vitamin B12, calcium etc can be lacking in those who avoid meat and dairy. These tablets are a good all round supplement and are easy to swallow. I will continue to order them.

I'm still here!
I guess these are working as I'm still here and have no health significant problems! I'm veggie so like the fact that these are too. They are a reasonable size but for me they do go down quite easily.

Good all round supplement.
Easy to read packaging and slightly easier to swallow shapes tablet compared to other brands packed with all the essentials for good health.

good mix of vitamins
Good all rounder but I would prefer it if the vitamin D content was a bit higher.
