delicious
Perfect for Asian stir fries or salad dressings
Its Sushi Vinegar Mix not pure rice vinegar
Its vinegar mix for sushi (sugar and salt added). Very confusing product name!
nice pour but really weak
Not great for pickling, need a bit more
Perfect for instant pickled veg
Just leave carrots, cucumber, whatever, in this mix for ten minutes, drain and se them out with dinner. Tangy, salty and a little sweet.
Sushi Rice Vinegar
I love this 3-in-1 sushi vinegar as you don't need to add salt and sugar to the vinegar as it is ALREADY included! When cooking Sushi rice, this combination brings out the delicious flavours. It's also labeled as rice vinegar for sushi, and not just plain rice vinegar
Added sugar is a no
I was sent this to sample. I do not like the added sugar . I prefer not to add sugar to rice when making sushi nor would I use tbis in cooking dishes that might benefit from rice vinegar due to the sugar content .
