Super noodles
Thoroughly enjoyed these noodles rinsed then tossed through a salad with prawns, veg and sesame chilli oil. They have a great mouth bounce and complemented the textures and flavours of the other ingredients.
Delicious
I follow a low carb diet. These are just like rice noodles but not rice noodles. Make sure to thoroughly rinse under the tap before preparing. I have these with Chinese style meat and sauces, like chicken sweet and sour or duck in plum or hoisin sauce. Delicious. I prefer these over other brands.
Outstanding & Versatile
These are delicious with stir-frys, as an accompaniment to a katsu curry or to have cold in a salad. Wonderful texture & consistency. These are a staple in our house & highly recommended.
Bulk out a meal
Perfect for keto diet to bulk out meals
Rubbery texture
Not as good as other Shirataki noodles. When cooked they are rubbery and taste synthetic. Wouldn't buy again.
Lovely!
I had never tried konjac noodles before, but heard so much about them, being a great low carb, low calorie food. I had this with some bologonse sauce, topped with cheese and black olives. And honestly...I was so impressed! They worked so well with the meal, I would have never known much of a difference. I was worried the texture would put me off, but I didn't really notice anything. As long as you have enough sauce to cover it, it seems to soak in the flavour. No fishy smell either, once rinsing. Only thing is, I found these to be just enough for one portion, so it does work out quite expensive.
