Great for a quick cassoulet!

This brand is far and away the best for Italian condiments and sauces. Been using this jar for years, its always in my cupboard. Found a Sacla recipe decades ago for a sausage and bean cassoulet which is a firm family favourite. Fry diced chilli and red onion, add sausages and fry gently for 10 mins. Add sausages (I prefer chipolatas), glass of red, and the jar of sauce. Simmer for 15 mins, then add drained cannellini beans and heat through. Delicious! Warming and proper comfort food, served with buttery mash and green veggies. Loved by all, esp the cook as so quick and easy! Ive been tempted to just add to pasta as its so tasty - but Ive always opted for the cassoulet!

Oily and no chili

This had a good thick texture but that was about it. Saturated in oil and with absolutely no chili taste. It was overly sweet.

fabulous tasty sauce

I use this to make chilli con carne or spicy bolognese. Its just the right amount of heat. My 7 year old loves it.

Gorgeous Sauce!

This is a really nice sauce with a kick to it. Plenty of cherry tomatoes in it too, my go to pasta sauce now, far superior to others
