Happy new Year. Im pleased to report that the pigs in blanket rub was very tasty. Review below. Rub used on a slow roast shoulder of pork, with very good results. Would recommend

Dust = Spice blend. Simples

This is a nice spice blend to sprinkle over plain pigs in blankets to warm up the flavours. We've found that it works really well on normal sausages so great for all the year around (although I imagine it will be hard to find outside of Christmas).
