My new Favourite oil

I use this oil all the time when I'm not using Olive oil, It doesn't flavour food and has a high burn point, perfect for frying and roasting.

good oil

This is great for some cooking when you do not want the oil flavour to overpower the rest. Would not use in salad .

Good Performing Oil

Sent this by Ocado free of charge to review. This is a very useful bottle to have in the cupboard, not to replace your usual go-to regular oil, but as an additional cooking component. This oil fries well and is a good ingredient as it has no perceived taste. Particularly helpful when cooking light flavoured items like some fish. Obviously it has limited value in salad dressings! This will remain in my cupboard stock. Recommended.

Great for stir frys

Great for high temperature cooking such as stir-frying and the flavour is very mild. I've read that one problem with this oil is its ratio of omega 6 to omega 3, but I'm not qualified to comment on this. Something to research!

very good all rounder

I have been using this oil for all my frying , baking and on salads since I received a bottle to try . Works really well and I find it doesn't burn and smoke like cold pressed rapeseed oil and olive oil can . Added bonus it has level of vitamin e double that of olive oil

Comparable to Olive oil.

Very light oil, with no real taste, which I could get use to.
