£4.71 per litreProduct information
These soft white beans date back to the 16th Century in South America when the sailors offered it to Pope Clement VII. The monks who were put in charge of looking into optimal conditions for acclimatisation soon discovered that the Marais Poitevin had the best environment for growing them. Carefully sorted, the beans are soaked, drained, rinsed then blanched and sorted again. They are the perfect accompaniment to the Cured ham from the Vendée region

Beans for life
I feel sorry for people who don’t enjoy beans or eat beans because some things in life are just so good. This Jar is one of them. I made Boston beans with this jar this week. Truly amazing.
Outstanding
These beans are outstanding in texture and taste! I dont have time to soak dried beans overnight but you definitely get the same superior soft texture from these. I fried them with some bacon and served with some sea bass - easy weeknight dinner!
ruined me for white beans
These are so delicious that normal tinned cannelloni beans or white beans seem kind of, not very nice now! I recommend.
Nice beans!
Pretty good quantity, all nice and soft but still whole. They didn't taste salty at all to me. I used these to make bean and onion dip, it turned out pretty good.
Absolutely glorious taste!
I am obsessed with beans, no, really! And these are the best-tasting beans ever. Period. That's why I am sad when they are out of stock :-]
