top quality
Really love this, great for balancing acidity without an overly vinegary taste. Perfect.
Delicious
This is a lovely vinegar for taking neat before a meal for health reasons or on a salad, it's not too sour.
not acid enough to be called vinegar
If you need to refrigerate this after opening, the company must have watered it down so much that it's below 5% acidity. I wrote to them about it and they never got back to me. Can't use it for preserving anything, that's for sure!
murky like an autumn pond
God knows what this is but the fact it needs to go in the fridge shows it aint vinegar
Weirdly sweet
This was sweet - almost like apple juice - which is not what I would like from vinegar. Tasted like it had added sugar to it (although the ingredients don't say so). I can imagine it would be nice for people who like sweet stuff. I'm disappointed and it's not worth the extra money.
An extra depth of flavour
I mostly make a French dressing with this a little lemon, mustard, crushed garlic and lashings of organic extra virgin olive oil. Quality ingredients transform a tart, boring salad into a delicious one. Also add fresh mint and add to potato and egg salad mmmm
