really easy way to get more protein
I'm mostly veggie so struggle so can struggle to get enough protein this is brilliant for helping with that. Works really well in morning porridge, I also add it to homemade soups & smoothies. Doesn't really have a flavour, perhaps a little chalky? But honestly quite mild. Porridge is definitely the easiest way to have it i think, you don't notice any difference and it thickens it up a bit (I make porridge with water).

Savoury protein boost
It’s savoury, but not strongly so. I add it to vegetable soup and green smoothies and appreciate the protein boost as I seem to be naturally reducing meat and fish. Im well used to strong flavoured green smoothies so this is easy on the palette for me. Really good price at the moment too.
Distinctive taste and unpleasant texture
Ive been using Pulsin whey protein but ordered the pea protein when the whey protein was out of stock. Sadly I found this inedible in porridge. It might be ok in a hot dish but I would not buy again.
way too much taste
I first tried this in a smoothie and found the taste overpowering, so I tried it in something savoury, and still found the taste overpowering. It distracts from the rest of the flavours in the dish and is quite unpleasant. I won't be using the rest of the bag.
Caused bloating
This asted OK, but it slightly spoiled the flavour of the vegetable stew. I added 2 tbsp to a large pot of vegetable stew, but I think this was too much! I ended up feeling really bloated.
