odd tasting

A very odd tasting dish. I dont know if its the eggs or something else, just had a very strange aftertaste. I love Picard, but this was very disappointing. Had one slice and threw away the rest.

Delicious, just that

Not a lot of apple, to be honest, but very tasty. I did heat it, although not quite as instructed - I removed the tart from the foil tray and put it on a wire cooling rack, instead of baking paper, before puting it in the oven. (This method works well for any pie/tart/pizza that needs a crisped base - you can put an empty baking tray on the shelf below if things might get messy :-) Will buy a couple more while they're on offer.
