Preparation and Usage
Oven: Heat the oven to 180°C (gas mark 6). Place the chicken cordon bleu on a suitable plate
and reheat on the middle shelf for the indicated amount of time, turning half-way through:
- Traditional oven: 30 min - Fan oven: 25 min
Frying pan: Place the chicken cordon bleu in a hot frying pan with a little fat. Reheat them for
16 minutes on medium heat, turning them regularly. Before serving, place them on absorbent kitchen
roll to remove any excess fat.

why the size change
Used to be 4 in box, each one decent size, one for each of the family with nice texture and cheese Now made each one smaller, with 6 in box, I estimate 1.5 is equal to old ones, so I need to buy two boxes for the family, which wont happen. It does have the textural and taste quality since the size changed. Why, this was a good product and decent cordon bleu are hard to find. Looks like Ill be making them
Changed for the Worse!
These used to be quite nice - proper piece of chicken, cheese and ham. Tasty. now they're smaller, the chicken is clearly processed into a patty thats sort of folded around the cheese and ham which is rather chewy and feels like poor quality. Disappointed that Picard saw fit the change them so much - and that I wasted my money on buying a completely different product to what I used to buy and enjoy.
Easy to cook
I put one in the oven together with a couple of potato wedges, since they took the same time. The chicken came out crispy and had a nice taste with the smoked turkey and cheese inside. Brilliant pack when you are single - just take what you need out of the freezer!

these are quite nice, second time I’ve bought them. Pricey though for what they are.
Not for us
Thought we would give these ago, but unfortunately they didn't go down very well. I thought they were ok but the rest of the family thought they were disgusting and threw them in the bin.
