Lifesaver

Have suffered with sinusitis all my life, caused by colds and winter heating, and have struggled to find anything that helps. Prescribed Beconase but made things worse. But this is absolutely magic, and relieves the nasal pressure in just five or ten minutes. Have bottles all over the house and to take to work. The menthol is strong (in a good way), but I find you need it to be sure the pump has dispensed, as its difficult to tell as you inhale/sniff with the other versions.

means I can sleep

Works very quickly. I prefer the metered dose or I end up with too much or too little going up! A bit of a sting/tingle but sufferable for 30 seconds and then its gone - and breath!!!

Best

Not only it helps with decongesting your nose, but also it relieves the itching and sneezing, and overall makes you feel so much better

Great but expensive

Although the active ingredient is the same in this as in the one called Otrivine Decongestant Nasal Spray - Xylometazoline Hydrochloride - this one seems much more effective. Part of the reason could be the dosage pump this one has, instead of the more old-fashioned nozzle on the other one, but it could also has something to do with the other ingredients, which are many more in this one. But I see no reason why it has to cost twice as much, as those additional ingredients are very cheap and the dosage pump is just two pieces of plastic. The cost is the reason why I don't give it five stars.
