Not remotely soft, let alone extra soft
Not just not soft but really very firm bristles. Small head as well, which I don't like, but some may.

not soft
I wonder why so many companies tag hard or medium toothbrushes as soft. Believe me, some of us have in fact used soft toothbrushes and know what to expect. This isnt soft, possibly medium & nothing special. It cleans like every other one.

Not soft at all
Really surprised and disappointed by this toothbrush as I'd definitely not describe it as soft. Have had to abandon it after a few uses.
