Instructions
Jus add...
-500g chicken breast,
-1 red pepper and 1 yellow pepper,
-1 onion.
Preparation Instructions:
Sizzle away!
Slice the chicken breasts, peppers and onion into medium-sized chunks.
Add 2 tablespoons of oil to a pan and stir fry the chicken over a high heat until browned. Throw in the vegetable chunks, stir well and leave to cook for 2 minutes.
Add the seasoned rice and give it a good stir for 1 minute.
Let it simmer!
Add the contents of the sauce pouch, spice mix and 350ml of water to the pan and stir well.
Bring to the boil then reduce to a medium heat and leave to simmer for 10 minutes, stirring gently from time to time.
Serve and enjoy!
For minimum fuss serve straight from the pan in the centre of the table and enjoy with your family and friends.
Hints and Tips:
Cool it down with less seasoning mix
Get colourful by adding a green pepper or using a red onion
Go veggie with red kidney beans or tomatoes instead of chicken

Pleasant surprise
Made a tasty and quick mid week meal. We used chicken, chorizo and then finished with a squeeze of lemon and fresh coriander on top. It was really flavourful and a big hit with all the family

this is an amazing meal and can be easily billed out if you use more veg and chicken than they suggest in their recipe, so tasty

Tasty and simple midweek dinner
I cant say it tasted particularly strongly of either chilli or garlic, and I did add some additional chilli for personal taste, but I found it a pretty tasty, easy and filling midweek meal. Would buy again.

Good quick meal
Produces 4 reasonable size portions. I used frozen pepper slices for ease. Fairly nice taste overall but probably should have added the suggested chorizo for best results.

So good!
I bought this for a self catering holiday thinking it would make life a little easier. We really enjoyed this dish, it was easy and quick to make and it tasted very good. All the family loved it, clean plates all round.

Unexpectedly tasty!
Genuinely didn't expect this to be so tasty. Added chopped chorizo, chicken, garlic and some spicy frozen sweetcorn and my partner cleared his plate! He even agreed I should buy it again, and it will be on my shopping list!
