great value & easy to cook
I buy this all the time. I dont understand the negative reviews. Its lean meat, its great value and its easy to cook. The cooking instructions given are fine - slice it and pan fry. I like to make stroganoff with it, or coat the slices in breadcrumbs and make katsu curry.
inedible
Like trying to eat rubber. Cooked as per instructions. All gone to the food bin
Bargain
Fabulous piece of meat. Removed any silver skin left behind, rubbed some oil on, seasoned, then in the air fryer at 200 for 20 minutes. Rested for five and cut into fillets, absolutely perfect and tender!
Delicious
Used it to make sweet and sour pork. Cut up, coat in potato starch, deep fry then cover with sweet and sour sauce or dip in the sauce. Delicious my picky eater 6 year old asked for more pork
Tough as old boots
I hate to complain and seldom have reason to do so. I have never had tough filet of pork before. Not only was it tough but was also completely tasteless - a waste of the good ingredients it was cooked with - an old and familiar recipe. Such a shame.
regular purchase
Regular purchase, but this week's was inedible. Impossible to chew. Couldn't even feed it to the cat. Hope it was a one off
