Frozen supersweet sweetcorn.

Storage
If food has thawed, do not refreeze. Do not eat raw.
Instructions
Steam:
4 mins
Place required amount into steamer basket over boiling water. Bring back to the boil and steam for 4 minutes until tender.
Remove from steam basket and serve.
Boil:
3 mins
Place required amount into a pan and cover with boiling water. Bring back to the boil and simmer for 3 minutes until tender.
Drain well and serve.
Microwave:
800W
4 mins
Remove required amount from packaging. Place into a microwaveable dish. Cover with film and pierce several times.
Cook on full power for 4 mins. Drain and serve.
If using chilled, once cooked allow to cool, keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours.

Poor quality sweetcorn
Been using this for about 4 weeks but the last 2 bags we had are poor quality with lots of black and dark pieces plus quite chewy when cooked. Not sure what’s happened but I will be swapping brands.

always used to purchase this frozen corn, was cost effective for the amount you got and the quality was always brilliant however I've recently bought this and the texture is horrid! half of the cob seems to have been left on the corn itself so your chewing hard bits, bits that you need to get out your mouth and half of it has gone brown!!! would not be buying again any time soon
my chickens LOVE this sweetcorn
Thankfully as its small grainy and poor quality for human consumption but they eat kilos of corn and its cheap !!!!!!!! 5 clucks from the ladies !!!!!!!

We've been buying this sweetcorn for years with no problems but the most recent bag is dreadful.Really chewy and gets stuck in our teeth. What's gone wrong? I'll be waiting to see a few good reviews before buying this again.
so chewy
Ive never had to chew sweetcorn so many times. The consistency is different to the canned version. Definitely wont be buying again as I dont want to lose my teeth.
