Instructions
Microwave: 800W 31/2 mins / 900W 3 mins
Remove 125g of sliced mixed peppers from the bag and place into a non-metallic bowl. Return the rest of the pack to the freezer immediately. Add 30ml (2tbsp) water, cover and cook on full power for 3½ mins (800W), 3 mins (900W). Leave to stand for 1 minute.
Drain well and serve.
Pan Fry: 4 mins
Gently heat a little oil in a frying pan. Remove 125g of sliced mixed peppers from the bag and place into the frying pan. Return the rest of the pack to the freezer immediately. Cook over a high heat for 4 minutes, turning frequently.
Drain any excess oil and serve.

not good
bought these on a few occasions over a period of time and there are more green than mixed. very small broken pieces of peppers. I wish we could buy either sweet peppers or green which we don't eat.
Usually good
Lately, the bag consist of very small broken pieces. This time delivered in a solid frozen block.

Nearly all green
OK for soups, but predominantly green peppers in pack. A good price though, compared to other brands. Would purchase again to make Ocado's recipe pepper soup with cheese scones.
Disappointing
My bag consisted of tiny pieces of pepper completely clumped together with ice.

This does contain lots of small pieces, but if you are making soup or a casserole, it's ideal. I would buy again, but only for a soup etc. Not exactly a premium product.
