Storage
Once opened, pour contents into a non-metallic container, cover, refrigerate and consume within 2 days.
Instructions
Remove all packaging. For best results, microwave.
Microwave: 750W - 2 mins 30 secs / 850W - 2 mins
Empty the contents of the can into a microwaveable container, ensuring water covers the beans.
Cover and heat on full power for 2 minutes 30 seconds (750W), 2 minutes (850W).
Stir well and drain before serving.
Hob: 3-4 mins
Empty the contents into a saucepan.
Heat gently for 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently.
Do not allow to boil. Drain before serving.

A staple
Cheap weekly staple - good quality, but how far can you go wrong?
Make great hummous!
Love these beans. They are soft and flavouful but don't overpower other ingredients. I particularly like them when making hummous as a replacement for chickpeas.

Good beans. Not mushy like others can be. Flavoursome and versatile. We use to thicken soup, pasta sauce, bean dips or add to salads. Great way to up protein

The Best
These are soft no added salt and make a delicious salad with chopped celery tomato parsley herb of choice salt and lemon juice absolutely delicious
Properly cooked and soft
Love these because they are properly cooked and so they are gentle on the tummy, unlike some tinned beans which are too fibrous and firm. These whizz up nicely into a dip, and can be thrown into many dishes towards the end of cooking to add extra plant protein and goodness. Mild flavour, so most people should like them!
