My favourite flavor, good taste and consistency. Much more nutritional value than an energy drink.

Sugar!!!
Wow I was always drinking these until I’ve just found out there’s 13 tea spoons of sugar in each can!! Tv et are nice but I can’t drink anymore 😭😭

Very high sugar content
Fundamentally, this milkshake is good if convalescing. However, I was shocked to see each can contains around 12 teaspoons of sugar. Wish the manufacturer could reduce this as it is very, very high. And seemingly takes away some of the perceived benefits of drinking this for health reasons.

Not Vegetarian!!
I really wanted to drink this but when I bought it and read the tin... It stated not suitable for vegetarians!! Whyyyy?????
