Really good
I make with Plenish coconut milk for a lovely hot chocolate
no delight
it's not the worst ever but too sour for my taste. it has also chocolate pieces or nibs that does not mix even with hot milk for half an hour. not ideal if you like cold chocolate.
Beware: not cacao at all
I used it for years but recently read their package that says 'slightly ROASTED'. If it's roasted, you can't call it cacao at all. Cacao must be RAW. If you roast it, it's called cocoa.
Lead content?
Delicious but cannot find any info about the lead and Cadmium content of this chocolate, though it is reportedly lab tested. Can these be published please?
Great for Hot Cocoa
Makes a tasty hot cocoa. Also great when making chocolate cakes. Love that it is free from additives and unnecessary extras. Lasts a long time.
Wonderful cocoa
This cocoa powder is rich and mellow tasting, and has a smooth texture, unlike some I've used that are really clumpy. A little goes a long way. Fab in cakes and brownies, will definitely buy again.
