Ginger and Turmeric are plants that would typically be used in the Indian Ayurvedic system of medicine for pain and inflammation due to injury, wear and tear and sprains and strains. These herbs combine antiinflammatory and warming effects.
The warming effect improves circulation (as poor blood supply can worsen pain and discomfort), this ensures the efficient delivery of nutrients for the healing process. Bromelain has both digestive and anti-inflammatory benefits.

make you choke
These tablets are hard to take, they have made me choke several times. Ive stopped taking them
Choking Hazard!
These are far too big and a real problem to swallow. OK for horses!!
Wouldn’t recommend
These have no coating on and are a choking hazard. I swallow tablets bigger than this no problem but these don’t slide down, even if you break in half they lodge in your throat. Won’t buy again
gross
Hard to swallow and taste badly
Really great for IBS / FODMAP people
These pills really do help reduce inflammation if you have IBS and / or follow the FODMAP diet. They are as the reviews have suggested hard to swallow. However, Ive found teaspoon of peanut butter or jam put in my mouth at the same time as the pill makes swallowing it a doddle, and no more strong taste either.
Too hard to swallow
I'd probably still be taking these if they weren't so hard to swallow
