Natoora Italian Strawberry Blush Oranges
- Our strawberry 'Fragolino' oranges are sourced from Sicily where the warm days and cold nights result in an incredibly high sugar concentration. These are wonderfully sweet variety of Sanguinello Orange, with a deep orange flesh which turns strawberry red as the season progresses. The flavour is less sour than other blood orange varieties and the flesh is lighter.
- In Sicily, the tension between mild days and cold nights heightens the levels of anthocyanins in the fruit, resulting in intense pigmentation and a greater complexity of flavour.
- As the temperature drops, colouration will become more vivid.
Take it further
- Segmented, tossed with ricotta and radicchio.
- Juiced.

wow!
These are gorgeous! Close your eyes and it's like biting into a fresh orange picked off of a tree in Seville. I almost deleted these from my basket given their £1,10 PER ORANGE price tag. But, as someone who finds in hard to enjoy and eat fruit, these are as satisfying as a dessert after dinner and I will be buying these again. They do spoil quickly as in they just disintegrate and go mouldy if left out of the fridge. So keep them in the fridge and devour quickly!
beautiful
These are gorgeous and sweet. I love a lot of Natoora products but they are pricey they do spoil quickly so you need to eat them quickly.
A pain to peel
I found these really tricky to peel. Once I did manage to get into them they did taste delicious but Im not sure at the price it was worth the effort.
Mouldy
As per usual with Natoora products, reality doesn't match the description. These were mouldy within 3 days of delivery and the one I managed to salvage was too soft to peel. I ended up taking a knife to it and chipping away at the peel. It did taste good enough but not worth the price.
Very nice
These were very nice oranges nice and sweet very small
Lovely
Absolutely lovely oranges, sweet and juicy. Easy to peel but we agree with the previous reviewer that they are quite small. Still love them though.
