FLAVOUR IS A FRONTIER
Natoora Sweet Indian Mangoes
The browning you might on the skin of a mango is mainly caused by natural reactions that occur when the fruit is exposed to air. This does not impact the delicious taste or texture of the fruit inside. Due to their delicate skins, please do not refrigerate.
- Only in season from April to June, Alphonso and Kesar Mangoes are eagerly anticipated in their native India.
- We source from the western coast, where the balmy, tropical climate and acidic soil produce the ideal growing conditions.
- Our growers prune their trees twice through the winter to allow light to penetrate and ripen the fruit evenly on the tree.
- Light green skin and intensely yellow, fibreless flesh around the seed are the signs of a fully mature Alphonso mango.
- Kesar, which is brighter and with higher acidity, will follow in May.
Take it further
- Best enjoyed raw in sweet and savoury dishes.
- Blended into a sorbet.
Natoora's radical approach to seasonal sourcing is shaping the future of food
- We don't work with industrial agriculture or large wholesalers
- We work closely with growers who are preserving vital flavours through meaningful small farming
- We back these growers to build a better future for food, rooted in small scale, sustainable agriculture that gives back to our planet

So Juicy
Amazing Mango, so juicy and ripe
Bruised and rotten on arrival
The condition these mangoes arrived were terrible. The skin had already browned and wrinkled and inside was rotten. Shame as they were very fragrant. I expect to pay up as much as £4 a mango but the price now is very expensive.
squashed ,over riped
was squashed and very soft, Disappointed.
So delicious
At this price, this is a one-time treat, but they were so delicious! Small, sweet, fragrant, gorgeous colour.
Amazing
This is delicious and very special. If you are not used to this strong mango taste, they are not for you. They are definitely ripe and very juicy. Giving it 4 stars for the high price, unaffordable really.
