Balsamic Vinegar is obtained by mixing and aging only cooked must and wine
vinegar, according to the production rules of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
IGP. All raw materials used are from
organic farming. It is a balsamic
vinegar with a 3-year-ageing quality, with a sweet and sour flavour and a
high acidity. It is ideal for salads,
vegetables, vinaigrette, meat or fish marinades, boiled meat or fish and
boiled potatoes.

Really runny like something you would not buy if you are after a really nice vinegar. It did taste nice after I reduced it by 3/4 and was left with nearly nothing.
Not worth the sale price. Never mind the full price which is a total rip off.
