Product information

This Balsamic Vinegar is obtained by mixing and aging only cooked must and wine vinegar, according to the production rules of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP.   All raw materials used are from organic farming.  It is a balsamic vinegar with a 3-year-ageing quality, with a sweet and sour flavour and a high acidity.  It is ideal for salads, vegetables, vinaigrette, meat or fish marinades, boiled meat or fish and boiled potatoes.

Watery and sharp

Even at a discounted price this was a waste of money. Very watery and bitter, more like a chip shop vinegar than a balsamic

for the money, pretty poor

Incredibly watery and bitter. fortunately I bought this on offer but full price there are far better alternatives.

Like Water

There is no way this is worth even a quarter of it's price. Watery in consistency, sharp and bitter in taste. Horrible!

So Disappointing

Runny, tart was expecting a rich complex syrupy balsamic. So disappointed and not cheap either!!

Mussini IGP Vinegar

Really runny like something you would not buy if you are after a really nice vinegar. It did taste nice after I reduced it by 3/4 and was left with nearly nothing. Not worth the sale price. Never mind the full price which is a total rip off.
