Founded in 2010, by Stephen and Jeany Cronk, the Maison Mirabeau story is one of following a dream and an expression of their passion for Provence. Our award winning rosé wines have been crafted from some of the finest sun-drenched vineyards in the region, with excellent farming partners and bringing to bear our widely renowned blending skills.

Vinification Details
Night harvested followed by gentle direct pressing and partial liquid maceration (stabulation), before temperature controlled fermentation. The wines are protected with inert gas throughout the winemaking process.

Awful
This was sent as a substitute and it was horrible. Tasted cheap with an unpleasant flavour. Straight down the sink.
