They have changed the mould
The new mould they are now using with this chocolate bar only breaks into rectangular pieces instead of mouth sized ones.
best chocolate available on Ocado
Premium chocolate at a reasonable price. Very happy to have found this brand as everything Ive had from them is excellent. I intended to use this for baking but ended up eating it all straight out of the packet just ordered more and upped the quantity. The dark chocolate isnt too bitter and balances the sweetness perfectly
good flavour
We eat it as is delicious dark chocolate. Have not tried baking with it.
decent chocolate
used in tiffin!
excellent
This tastes good on its own and works well for baking chocolate brownies
Best of the bunch
I find this the best of the baking chocolates because it is the most versatile. I’ve used it successfully in cakes, ice creams, custards, biscuits, hot chocolate, icings and frosting and home made chocolates. I like that the it’s already been tempered, so if you make chocolates with it it doesn’t need to go in the fridge. Really nice balanced chocolatey taste without being too sweet or bitter or greasy. I always try to have a couple of bars on standby but it’s quite pricey as there is only 100g in each bar, to make a frosted cake I usually need to buy three bars so I have to save them up. But you get what you pay for.
