handle falling apart

Only used several times and the handle staring falling apart. Very bad quality! Ocado advertising 5 years guarantee on this, I would like to know how to request the refund or replacement?

Not intact for long

Bits started falling off this after just a couple of months, its not well made

Not durable

This grater does a good job of grating things but it's handle lets it down. There are small bits of plastic either side of the handle which spring off if you are grating something into a pan.

A great grater!

This is comfy to hold, sharp and doesnt slip about. I couldnt ask for more really!

Fabulous

I love this grater! It’s strong, sturdy and sharp enough to grate anything you might wish to, well, grate! It washes really easily too. Highly recommend.
